Houston-based National Trench Safety (NTS) recently opened a new branch near Loop 12 in Irving. NTS President Ron Chilton said, “We are very excited about our new Dallas operation. The Dallas-Fort Worth area is one of the largest metropolitan areas in the Southwest, and we have invested more upfront fleet dollars in our new Dallas branch than normal to assure we can respond to the market needs in a timely manner.”
The new office is the company’s ninth location in the country and its sixth National Trench Safety digs Dallas location in Texas, according to Chilton. Fred Burlbaw will manage the new branch. He has over 15 years of experience in the trench and traffic safety industry. “Fred has built a highly experienced sales and support team that is well-known in the market,” Chilton said. NTS specializes in the sales and rental of trench and traffic safety equipment, and it also offers OSHA-compliant training courses. The company plans to open more locations throughout 2007 and 2008.
