NTS has opened a new branch operation in Freemont, CA.

National Trench Safety, LLC (“NTS”) a Houston based company that rents and sells trench safety and traffic safety equipment, announced today that it has opened a new branch operation in Freemont, CA ( a suburb of Oakland). The new branch will be managed by Tom Hartman the Western Regional Manager for NTS and a long time CA resident. Tom is a 25+ year veteran of the trench safety and traffic safety industry and a member of the NTS executive management team.

Ron Chilton, the President of NTS states “we are very excited about our new Northern California operation. This new branch gives NTS 5 large and fully staffed operations and this new branch is also our first expansion outside of the state of Texas. We are very pleased to have a manager such as Tom who has such specific industry experience and a long and successful track record to head up our new California location.

Our current plans call for NTS to open two additional new branch operations in the first quarter of 2006 as we continue to execute our plan of building a nationwide branch network of trench and traffic safety branches. In addition, our 2006 operational plan calls for NTS to continue to look for existing trench safety and traffic safety companies that we may be able to acquire, as well as, to open additional new branch operations in the second, third and fourth quarters.”
