Deven Hallen is the East Region Health and Safety Manager.  Deven is bringing over 20 years of transportation and industrial safety expertise to the role. A proven leader in fleet safety and compliance, hazard assessment, and program development. Deven has a track record of reducing incidents and driving down KPI Metric scores through hands-on training and data-driven coaching. He’s passionate about building safety cultures where front-line teams feel empowered to speak up and take ownership of their work environment. In his free time, Deven enjoys being a professional chauffer for his kid’s sports, off-roading adventures and hunting, as well as continuous learning through industry certifications and mentoring up-and-coming safety professionals.
