Jay Roth is the Director of Training. Jay was previously District Sales Manager in the Mid-Atlantic area, prior to this he was a Business Development Manager in the Mid-Atlantic area. Before his promotion to Business Development Manager he worked as the Safety and Health Manager at NTS. He also served as the company’s Health and Safety Specialist. Jay attended Murray State University where he majored in Occupational Safety and Health. He also achieved the designation of Certified Construction Health and Safety Technician recognized by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. To further his education and professional expertise, Jay plans to achieve a Master’s degree in Business Administration as well as the designation of Certified Safety Professional recognized by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Prior to joining NTS, Jay worked for Quanta Services, a large contractor that provides infrastructure services for electric power, pipeline, industrial and communication industries. His responsibilities at Quanta Services included observing and auditing all operational procedures and activities, assisting with the maintenance of a robust safety management system, and promoting a proactive safety, health, and environmental management strategy.
