Rick Buck has transferred to the role of District Manager for the Northern California District. Previously was an Area Manager for Sacramento, Red Bluff and Fresno California. Rick has an impressive 25-year tenure in trench safety and equipment rental, particularly within the competitive West Coast market, where he has contributed his expertise to United Rentals and Sunbelt Rentals before joining NTS as an Area Manager. Over the years, he has excelled in various roles, including Inside Sales, Operations Manager, Service Consultant, and Branch Manager. Rick’s career is a testament to his customer-first leadership philosophy, consistently prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of clients.   Rick is not only dedicated to customer success but also promotes a culture of teamwork and collaboration. His ability to unite and lead multiple teams in the California market has been instrumental in achieving exceptional results. When not working, Rick spends his free time BBQing in the backyard with his wife Heather, and two youngest children Stryker and Oakley or playing in Poker Tournaments. He is an avid Broncos fan, Fantasy Football player and loves Jeopardy.
