Robert “Bob” Hackworth joined Trench Shoring Services (TSS) in 1995 and aided in the opening of a new TSS facility in Pittsburgh PA. In 1999, he transferred with his family to Salt Lake City, and in 2008 he opened a second Utah facility in Provo. Mr. Hackworth then joined the Trench Plate Rental team with the merger of TSS into TPR and has now joined the National Trench Safety team following the NTS and TPR acquisition. Mr. Hackworth has spent his career promoting safety by training customers in both the fire protection and construction industries. He is a graduate of Robert Morris University, Pittsburgh, PA, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He and his wife Tracy have two grown children and are enjoying life as empty-nesters in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains of Utah traveling, hiking and fly fishing.
